Caroline Aquino 

Director of Compliance and Administration

As a highly qualified professional with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting from PUC-SP, Caroline has built a strong foundation in financial planning, modeling, financial analysis, and product development. Her professional experience includes working with renowned organizations such as Banco Votorantim, Smith & Nephew, Bloomin Brands, and S3 Bank. In her current role as an executive, Caroline Aquino is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of compliance and administrative functions within the organization. Very confident in her ability to drive successful business outcomes through her strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Norton Aguiar Labes

Credit Products Director

With a background in engineering and years of experience as a specialist in the fund management and FDICs sector, Norton Aguiar has demonstrated expertise in managing construction projects and credit operations with national and international partners. He has also successfully overseen the operations of a securitization company within the group. Known for his ability to handle complex projects, this professional has a track record of success in the finance industry.

Daniel Witecy Goldfinger

Kikkin Group CEO

Daniel Witecy Goldfinger is a business administrator with over two decades of executive experience in multinational companies such as Anheuser-Busch, Bacardi, and Ambev. He has also served as an international business consultant on projects in the United States, Latin America, Israel, Latvia, Italy, Japan, and the Amazon rainforest. In the past decade, Daniel has built businesses in the broadcasting and payment industries, including the creation and development of a neobank in Brazil. He is the founder of Kikkin, a new concept for a financial and health marketplace in Brazil that brings together fintech and tech initiatives.

The company has already entered into a joint venture with a well-known Canadian banking company, a Wall Street Data Public Company, and the biggest payments company in Israel. Kikkin also works to develop projects for an Asian corporation in LatAm. Daniel is transforming Kikkin's clients' value chain and social environments into profitable financial ecosystems. As CEO, he runs Kikkin to embed financial services, amplifying the value and potential of social ecosystems and value chains, transforming them into valuable financial assets. Daniel's business model offers recurrent revenue generation from a white-label marketplace fully operated, with no tech and regulatory barriers.

Kikkin is heading the new global open finance frontier, adding more value and a profitable democratic business model. Recently, Daniel closed partnership deals integrating Kikkin with blockchain technology platform, Asset Management Funds, Mastercard, Tokio Marine, Financial Institutions, and international tech platforms for projects in LatAm. Additionally, he is currently developing a project that brings together financial services, credit card issuance, data management, and blockchain services to transform a strategic production chain into a project involving civil society, academia, and companies in six states in the United States of America.

Daniel was a consulting board member of Famyle and a co-founder/planning and innovation officer of S3 BANK, where he developed solutions for digital banking, payment, and cards, negotiated with brands, and closed contracts for issuance, especially the full case of "Cartão Caminhoneiro Petrobras".
